Our florist team work from Monday to Friday.

We deliver UK wide via Royal Mail – or Parcelforce, for larger items.

Once made and posted, First Class items take 1-2 days to arrive, and Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the following day.

Royal Mail delivers parcels on Saturdays in most areas. If you live in the Highlands, Northern Ireland or an island, it may take longer for Royal Mail to deliver to you.

Special Delivery is a signed for service, so someone will need to be at home to receive your “Special Delivery” parcel.

Grave pot arrangements (all round and front facing arrangements)

Grave flower arrangements are generally made and posted within 1-2 business days.

Special Delivery: If we receive your “Special Delivery” order by 10am, these can be made on the same business day, and despatched via Royal Mail’s “next day” guaranteed service. Orders received after 10am will be made and posted the following business day.

First Class: If we receive your “First Class” order by 8am, these can be made on the same business day, and despatched via Royal Mail’s “next day” guaranteed service. Orders received after 8am will be made and posted the following business day. 

All other items (except funeral packages) 

It will take 1-3 business days to make your item, please allow time for your item to be made, before posting.

If you need your item to arrive more quickly than outlined above, please call, so we can advise if we are able to fast-track your order.

Funeral packages

Funeral packages will take longer to make, depending of course on the number of items and size of items that we are making for you.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to make your funeral package, plus 1 to 2 days for delivery. In most cases, your funeral package will be delivered as several packages.

If your funeral package is required urgently, please call us, so we can advise if we are able to fast-track your order.

Grave flower arrangements may vary in size according to their design. Many of the arrangements we sell us standard sized grave vase, pictured here, which should fit in most grave vase holders but can also be free standing.

The height we provide with any product description is a guide only and may vary given the handmade nature of our arrangements. Height is measured from the bottom of the pot to the tip of the tallest flower in the vase.

Clients are reminded that we do not recommend very large arrangements be left on the grave if the location is exposed to excessive winds.

We are keen for you to be delighted with all products you buy from us. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with the product or the delivery.

Different rules exist for different product types. Off the shelf products like vases and candles can be returned for a full refund if they are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Handmade artificial flower arrangements and other bespoke arrangements do not have an automatic right of return.

If goods are delivered damaged, please photograph the box prior to opening as well as any damage to the goods. If possible, please make a note of the damage on any delivery note you are asked to sign. We will use this evidence to claim compensation from the courier.

Fortunately, silk flower arrangements travel well in the post.

Yes. We do bespoke arrangements in silk and artificial flowers for all areas of our work whether it be home décor, wedding arrangements, commercial arrangements or memorial arrangements including grave side arrangements and floral tributes.

Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements. It really helps our conversation if you can refer us to some of our existing artificial flower arrangements to highlight what you like/don’t like in an arrangement.

Once we have agreed the specification, we may ask you for a non-refundable deposit prior to commencing making the flower arrangement. Once the arrangement is complete, we will send you photographs prior to posting and request full payment before despatch.

All our silk flower and artificial flower arrangements are hand made by qualified florists at our premises in Essex.

Most silk and artificial flowers are manufactured in China and imported into the UK by the various florist and flower wholesalers that supply us.

Not at the moment. We have specialised in artificial flower arrangements.

The artificial flowers we use in our floral designs are not made from silk.

Today artificial flowers are made from many fabric materials other than silk, although they can still be referred to as silk flowers in the trade. 

People have been making artificial flowers since before the time of the Egyptians (They made their petals out of carved horn and painted them !). Real silk flowers first started appearing in Europe in the 1100’s in Italy, but it was only in the early 20 century with the explosion of new types of fabric and colouring techniques that artificial flowers arrangements became accessible to more people.

Elements of each grave pot flower arrangement can be recycled depending on the local recycling facilities available to you.

We do offer pot weighting as an optional extra for grave flower arrangements. We aim to add about 60 grams to each arrangement.

If you need a next day delivery service, you should phone us to check what options we can offer on the day. All flower arrangements are hand made at the time of ordering and as such, it is not as simple as popping it in a box and despatching on an overnight courier.

We use a range of mainstream carriers to deliver our floral vase and other arrangements and none of them absolutely guarantee a next day delivery.

We do not currently deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

We do not currently have a shop, but collection can be arranged from our premises.

We want you to enjoy your flower arrangement and your shopping experience with us. If you want to change your order, please contact us immediately to let us know. We make every silk flower arrangement on demand and as such you can amend or cancel your order at anytime prior to us staring work on the arrangement.  A cancellation fee may apply if we have had to order special stock for your arrangement or are unable to reuse items already cut for your arrangement.

The artificial flower arrangements we use stand up well to the elements, but they do not last indefinitely. Water and sun will cause damage to them and they will age appropriately to the environment they are displayed in. 

We do not recommend washing flowers as water and soap may damage the material or colour of the arrangement. There is a lot of advice on the internet on how to clean your flowers. We would advise that you experiment carefully before plunging them into a bucket of cleaning agents.

Yes, they do. These flower arrangements may be artificial, but they are not indestructible. How much an arrangement will fade will depend largely on the amount of direct sunlight the silk flowers are exposed to whilst on display. Sunlight will also over time damage the materials from which the flower is made and could result in the flowers becoming brittle to touch. We would expect that for outdoor usage, most arrangements would last at least 3 or more months depending on the circumstances.

We do not recommend any waterproofing products as being suitable for use with our flowers and we will not replace any flowers arrangements damaged by additives applied to them.

If you must waterproof your silk flower arrangement you do so at your own risk. On the internet, there are suggestions that you could try to use a fabric waterproofer such as those used to protect cushions used on garden furniture. Experiment on a few flowers to start with to check that you are happy with the results. Remember that some waterproofing products s use solvents that could damage the flowers. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully.
